Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with Test Management skills to own quality across our core crypto banking systems — from test strategy and automation to release governance. This role goes beyond writing test cases. It demands someone who treats QA as a strategic enabler: driving topics forward without being asked, holding stakeholders accountable, and ensuring every release is backed by hard evidence.

Your AMINA To-Do List

  • Own test planning end-to-end: define scope, entry/exit criteria, risk-based coverage, and regression strategy for every release cycle
  • Serve as Test Manager, coordinating and assisting business stakeholders during UAT execution cycles.
  • Represent the QA function at release governance forums, presenting a clear Go/No-Go position with metrics on coverage, pass/fail rates, open defects, and risk exposure
  • Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for APIs, UI, and database layers, integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing across complex end-to-end banking workflows, validating data integrity and transactional accuracy
  • Act as primary QA liaison for third-party vendors, coordinating test environments, hotfixes, and SIT/UAT cycles
  • Manage defects, risks, and blockers actively, ensuring smooth transitions to production
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of core banking architecture — microservices, APIs, event-driven workflows, and database schemas — to design meaningful integration tests and contribute during design phases
  • Champion shift-left testing practices and automation best practices across the team

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:


  • 3–7 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in financial services or banking; crypto knowledge is a significant plus
  • Demonstrated test management experience with stakeholders and QA teams
  • Proven hands-on experience with API and UI automation (Rest Assured, Selenium, Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in Java; solid SQL skills for test data validation; familiarity with REST, SOAP, JSON, and OAuth 2.0
  • Experience with test management tools such as Jira (Zephyr/X-Ray), TestRail, or Azure Test Plans
  • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification.
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
