We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to own and lead our core CRM platform used by our used by our Client Servicing functions. This role is responsible for shaping the platform strategy, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring Dynamics 365 becomes the central hub for client lifecycle management — from lead capture and onboarding to client servicing, data analytics, and reporting.
The ideal candidate combines deep functional and architectural knowledge of D365 with strong stakeholder management, product ownership experience, and a background in the financial or banking industry (ideally also with crypto banking experience).

Your AMINA To-Do List
- Own the end-to-end platform strategy and product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the core CRM platform.
- Translate business objectives into a clear, prioritized product backlog and roadmap.
- Manage product lifecycle — feature design, configuration, testing, release, and adoption.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for D365, including platform capabilities, data model, integration APIs, and configuration options.
- Ensure optimal architecture design and alignment with enterprise data and technology standards.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, external vendors, and architecture teams for changes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Account Management, Compliance, Data, and Architecture teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and validate solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and platform adoption across the business.
- Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring platform features meet commercial and regulatory needs.
- Oversee release management and act as sign-off authority for any release related to your platform
- Manage platform troubleshooting, support escalations, and configuration documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Technology and data governance standards, security policies, and audit requirements.
- Partner with Data and BI teams to design and deliver reports, dashboards, and KPIs through Power BI and related D365 modules.
- Support integration with 3rd party systems and integration of client data, alerts, and notifications into the CRM platform.
- Support training activities for end-users to maximize CRM platform adoption and informing about introduced features and capabilities
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager or Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement modules).
- Proven track record in financial services, with direct exposure to private banking or wealth management CRM environments preferred. Experience in crypto or digital asset banking is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of D365 architecture, customization capabilities, and integration techniques (Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Dataverse, APIs).
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand the end-to-end business processes supported by the CRM platform
- Working knowledge of Power BI, data modeling, workflows, and automation features.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps frameworks for managing roadmap and releases.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and ability to interact seamlessly with technology and commercial stakeholders at all seniority levels
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to balance strategic vision with operational delivery.
- Experience working in international or cross-functional environments
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in a regulated, fast-evolving industry.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Product Manager, Functional Consultant or Solution Architect with strong business focus
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with banking core systems and KYC/onboarding solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure) and data privacy regulations (GDPR, FINMA).
