Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Administration Associate to join our Hong Kong office. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operational processes, administrative support, and coordination across multiple teams within APAC. Your main focus will be on processing transactions, managing storage, executing actions, client onboarding process, and general administrative tasks.

Your AMINA To-Do List

Oversee daily operational workflow, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and cross‑team coordination.
Ensure proper handling of client deposit and withdrawal requests, including fiat and virtual asset movements.
Maintain procedural accuracy, including maker–checker controls and system setup validations.
Manage reporting for internal stakeholders, including order summaries, bulletins, and operational updates.
Provide support for client onboarding and operational processes. Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding and operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, legal, and compliance.
Maintain most up-to-date billing, payment application, payment receipt to and from vendors and clients.
Assist in office administrative duties.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Trading, and Relationship Management teams.
Act as the main coordination point for APAC local operations and broader organizational initiatives.
Support managers and team leads by providing timely updates, reports, and escalation when needed.

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

Tertiary qualified in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
3 years of solid operations and/or administration experience, preferably from financial services
Strong motivation, results-driven, and willingness to strive the digital assets market ahead and to define finance standards.
Very good problem solving, analytical and organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Strategic thinker, detail oriented and structured working approach.
Experience in SFC licensed firms, or HKMA registered institution type 1, 4, and 9 will be an advantage.
Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Proficient MS Office suite
