Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer based in India to join our expanding product design team. This role focuses on designing the core experiences that power digital asset ownership, custody, and yield generation. You will work across critical areas including lending, custody, wallets, transfers, staking, and asset movements - domains where security, trust, and clarity are essential, and where mistakes have real financial consequences.
The ideal candidate is a strong systems-thinker with exceptional interaction design skills, experience designing complex and state-heavy products, and fluency in AI-enabled design workflows. You will report directly to the Head of Product Design and play a key role in elevating the design quality of our global design hub.

Your AMINA To-Do List

1. Own end‑to‑end product experiences
· Lead design from discovery to launch and iteration.
· Translate complex financial and technical requirements into intuitive, user‑centric solutions.
· Define user journeys, interaction models, flows, and system behaviors.
· Partner closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high‑quality experiences.
2. Work within an AI‑native design workflow
· Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and content creation.
· Explore multiple solution directions rapidly and efficiently.
· Automate repetitive steps to focus on high‑impact decision‑making.
· Contribute to the evolution of AI‑enabled design practices within the team.
3. Design for high‑trust, high‑risk environments
· Build experiences that prevent costly user errors in irreversible or sensitive transactions.
· Communicate security, risk, and system constraints with clarity.
· Balance safety, transparency, and speed without compromising usability.
· Design for both novice and advanced digital asset users.
4. Contribute to design quality at scale
· Apply, maintain, and evolve the company’s design system.
· Participate in critiques and reviews to uphold design excellence.
· Champion accessibility, consistency, and usability across products.
· Collaborate with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

Core Experience:

3–6 years of experience designing digital products within cross‑functional teams.
A strong portfolio showcasing shipped work, interaction depth, and problem‑solving rigor.
Demonstrated experience in complex, state‑heavy or transactional interfaces.
Expertise in mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web design.

Product Thinking:

Ability to simplify technically complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
Strong interaction design and UX problem‑solving skills.
Comfort designing for edge cases, failure scenarios, and irreversible actions.
Ability to balance speed, clarity, safety, and efficiency in design decisions.

AI Fluency:

Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate and enhance design workflows.
Ability to evaluate, refine, and improve AI‑generated outputs.
Curiosity, experimentation, and a mindset of continuous improvement.

Collaboration Skills:

Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Experience working within distributed or global teams.
Ability to clearly articulate design rationale, trade‑offs, and decisions.

Nice to Have:

Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or other high‑trust/regulated industries.
Familiarity with data‑rich, financial, or transaction‑heavy products.
Interest in digital assets and emerging financial technologies.
