Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
We are looking for a Desk Flow Manager to manage the 24/7 electronic quoting engine, structure and price trades, and support short-term risk management across global digital markets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and counterparties while generating daily market insights and commentary. You will also contribute to the development of trading infrastructure, including pricing tools, market-making strategies, and execution systems.
Your AMINA To-Do List
  • Managing the 24x7 electronic quoting engine and trade handling.
  • Structuring and Pricing of trades.  
  • Coordinate with other business segments and counterparties.    
  • Short term risk management support.  
  •  Access market Information and develop Insight In the global digital markets.   
  • Publish a daily overview on the markets.   
  • Develop trading infrastructure including pricing and market making tool and strategies. 
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
Must haves 
  • 3+ years of experience as market maker and risk taker in FX, precious metals or quality experience as crypto currency market maker and risk taker. 
  •  Proven risk management skills and profitable trading history.  
  • Solid knowledge FX markets (spot, forwards, swaps).  
  • Knowledge and trading experience with derivatives such as options, futures and perpetual swaps.  
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology.  
  • Experience in interacting with sophisticated/institutional clients  
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and financial skills   
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced busy environment with great attention to detail  
  • Team-player on all levels of involvement with internal and external stakeholders  
  • Willingness to work exclusively on night- and weekend shifts on rotation.
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Programming skills in Python, Java etc  
  • MBA/Masters in Finance or Engineering with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering  
Nice to Haves 
  • Knowledge of digital assets in the marketplace and participants.
  • Knowledge of derivatives.  
  • Experience In Treasury management activities.
