Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
We are looking for a Desk Flow Manager to manage the 24/7 electronic quoting engine, structure and price trades, and support short-term risk management across global digital markets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and counterparties while generating daily market insights and commentary. The successful candidate will be part of AMINA India trading and treasury team supporting the global Markets & Investment Solutions team to manage the flow and support on-shore teams of AMINA’s institutional clients in their trading activities
Your AMINA To-Do List
- Daily FX & Liquidity Operations: Managing the 24x7 electronic quoting engine and pricing of trades. Ensure back-to-back covering of all client transactions.
- Hedging & Risk Strategy: Design and implement hedging strategies to manage Crypto & FX exposures and capitalize on arbitrage opportunities in the market.
- Process Design: Set up and streamline treasury systems, tools, and processes from the ground up. Develop trading infrastructure including pricing and market making tool and strategies.
- Automate execution: Design and build automated workflows for Crypto & FX trades and associated funding requirements to ensure smooth settlement
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience as market maker and risk taker in FX, precious metals or quality experience as crypto currency market maker and risk taker
- Solid knowledge FX markets (spot, forwards, swaps)
- Knowledge and trading experience with derivatives such as options, futures and perpetual swaps
- Knowledge of blockchain technology
- Experience in interacting with sophisticated/institutional clients
- Team-player on all levels of involvement with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to work exclusively on night- and weekend shifts on rotation
- Programming skills in Python, Java etc
- MBA/Masters in Finance or Engineering with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of digital assets in the marketplace and participants.
- Knowledge of derivatives.
- Experience In Treasury management activities.
