Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
We are looking for an experienced professional who can drive AMINA’s B2B growth across Germany, Luxembourg, and Austria by building strong relationships in the banking and digital-asset ecosystem. They are expected to identify market opportunities, promote our hybrid banking model, and actively represent AMINA at industry events. All activities must align with BaFin and EU regulatory requirements.
Your AMINA To-Do List
  • Further develop and execute AMINA’s business development strategy for B2B clients especially in Banking but also regarding Investment Funds, and VASPs in Germany, Luxemburg & Austria.
  • Identify and build long-term client relationships, leveraging personal networks, referrals, and partnerships within Germany’s Banking and digital asset ecosystem.
  • Promote AMINA’s hybrid banking model, combining traditional private banking with digital-asset and crypto solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Investment Advisory teams to ensure compliant and seamless client onboarding and experience.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities in Germany’s and Austria's banking and crypto markets.
  • Represent AMINA at industry forums, fintech conferences, and crypto events to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Ensure all business development activities comply with BaFin and EU regulatory requirements.
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in Banking related Infrastructure Sales,  Business Development, Fund Management, Private Banking or Wealth Management, preferably in the German market.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing B2B clients, with a focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic mindset, able to operate autonomously within a cross-border banking environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, asset management, and digital asset trends.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in crypto assets, tokenized investments, or digital wealth solutions.
  • Fluent in German and English.
