Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We are seeking a senior-level Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Private Banking division, focusing on Chinese and Asian HNW and Family Office clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep private banking relationship expertise, a proven client network, and hands-on business development skills. This is a highly visible, revenue-generating role requiring both strategic and practical execution capabilities, including engagement in the crypto/private digital asset space.

Your AMINA To-Do List

Identify, engage, and acquire high net worth (HNW) and ultra-HNW clients, particularly Chinese/Asian Family Offices.
Leverage a proven franchise and client network to generate new business opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding complex client needs and delivering tailored private banking solutions.
Build and manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative private banking and crypto solutions for clients.
Maintain hands-on involvement in client acquisition, demonstrating hunting behavior and proximity to clients, not solely relying on brand recognition.
Provide market insights and intelligence on HNW client trends in the Chinese/Asian markets.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal governance standards.

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

10+ years of strong experience in private banking relationship management, preferably as a former Private Banking Relationship Manager (RM) or Business Development Manager with exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of HNW/UHNW/Family Office client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, ideally able to demonstrate current or prior client relationships. Deep understanding of client servicing expectations in the HNW/UHNW segment
Familiarity with crypto and digital asset products in a private banking context.
Pragmatic, hands-on, and self-driven – comfortable hunting for clients and building relationships independently, not reliant on big-brand affiliation.
Strong business development acumen with a measurable track record of revenue generation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English.
