Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
AMINA India is seeking a skilled and dynamic Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in PHP, experience with the Laravel framework, and proficiency in Alpine.js for frontend development. Additionally, familiarity with WordPress as a CMS is essential. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing company websites and web applications.
Your AMINA To-Do List
  • Develop and maintain AMINA’s web applications
  • Enhance, customize, and maintain AMINA’s existing WordPress-based website, including plugins and themes.
  • Build interactive and responsive frontend interfaces using Alpine.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Laravel applications with WordPress where required.
  • Ensure company websites and web applications are optimized for performance, security, and SEO.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Laravel, WordPress, and frontend components.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to improve website functionality.
  • Manage version control using Git and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding web-related tasks.
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Web Developer with expertise in PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.
  • Strong proficiency in Alpine.js and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Understanding of database management using MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Proficient in using Figma for collaborative UI/UX design, prototyping, and wireframing.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
  • Experience working on financial services or banking websites is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for high-quality, efficient, and scalable web development.
