Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans we are looking for Junior / Associate Project Manager to join our team and bridge the gap between Technology and Operations.
Your AMINA To-Do List
  • Lead and execute complex and transformative programs / projects.
  • Drive the integration of innovative financial technologies, including cryptocurrency solutions, into our banking systems.
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and company vision.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Navigate ambiguous environments effectively, making strategic decisions under tight timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-cultural partners across different time zones, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Support of activities in the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Preparation of meetings, creation of minutes, and tracking of measures and progress.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects, managing risks, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in project management within consulting, startup, and banking environments and at least 5 years of banking/financial services industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder management.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Strategic thinker, detail oriented and structured working approach.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, tight timelines, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Stress resilient, self-motivated, and no 9-5 mentality.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital finance is a significant plus.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field with excellent grades.
  • A master’s or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
