AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management, mid/back-office and IT operations and more recently product and engineering.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
We are looking for a Finance Manager to support key financial processes, including financial reporting, reconciliation, compliance, and operational finance. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial control and reporting within the financial services industry and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Your AMINA To-Do List
  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Support the preparation of annual financial statements and statutory reporting.
  • Assist in managing intra-group accounting and reconciliation processes.
  • Post journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
  • Work closely with trading, risk, and treasury teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Process vendor invoices, pay runs, and track approval workflows to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, payroll, and local tax regulations, managing submissions and reporting.
  • Support audit processes by coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, providing necessary documentation.
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
  • 3-6 years of experience in financial control, reporting, or accounting within the financial services sector.
  • Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, or equivalent) or pursuing final-level certification.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and accounting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
