Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans, we are looking for a Public Relations & Media Lead.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive public relations and media strategy to elevate AMINA’s brand’s visibility, protect its reputation, and drive positive media coverage. This role is critical in managing external communications, media relations, and crisis communications while ensuring that all public-facing messaging aligns with the company’s brand and goals. The PR & Media Lead will build relationships with key media outlets, journalists and oversee a PR agency. They will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across channels and campaigns.

Your AMINA To-Do List

PR & Media Strategy: Develop and implement a proactive public relations strategy that enhances brand awareness, reputation, and media presence. Lead the development of media plans, press release schedules, and key messaging for campaigns, product launches, and corporate announcements.
Media Relations & Outreach: Build relationships with key media, handle press inquiries, and pitch stories to position AMINA as a thought leader.
Reputation & Crisis Management: Develop crisis plans, train executives, and monitor coverage to safeguard AMINA’s reputation.
Thought Leadership: Position executives as industry leaders through speaking opportunities and thought leadership content.
Media Campaigns: Plan and execute media campaigns with measurable outcomes, working closely with internal teams for cohesive messaging.
Agency Management: Lead PR agencies with clear objectives and foster collaboration and creativity within AMINA’s team.
Internal Collaboration: Align PR with internal marketing and content teams to reinforce consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

10+ years of experience in public relations and media management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies.
Strong network of media contacts in relevant industries, with the ability to secure high-quality coverage in top-tier outlets and key publications.
Demonstrated experience in handling crisis communications, managing reputational risks, and developing effective crisis response plans.
Experience leading a PR Agency, managing media outreach, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align PR & Media efforts with company goals.
Strong writing and communication skills, with experience crafting press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content.
Ability to develop long-term PR & Media strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
Proficiency in using media monitoring tools and analytics platforms to track campaign performance, coverage, and sentiment
